What Color Is Change?
Art & Science of Transformational Change
What is transformational change? Why is it possible but not probable? And why is creating significant, sustained change so difficult?
These three workshops have been designed to provide answers to those questions, but they are guaranteed to lead to so many more!
Transformational change is based on what’s called troublesome knowledge, which means it’s counterintuitive, complex, and conflicts with preexisting beliefs. Since each person’s mental model is different, each person processes the material differently.
To learn more about the brain and behavior—or get an up-to-date refresher on the basics—please contact Adam Brechtel (NM), Donna Simpkins (CA), or Kelly DeLaRosa (CA), who are certified to facilitate the three introductory workshops.
