The Self-Serving Bias

    I’ve never experienced self-serving bias 🙂

My initial thought is this is another area where meditation and mindfulness have helped. To begin, I am mush better at observing myself and when I use self-serving bias. Also, I am much more willing to accept and admit when I make mistakes, and part of this is my mind doesn’t automatically go into “excuse mode”……I don’t act on the first reactive though that pops into my head.
